After decades of emotional shutdown and body disconnection, I found my way back to safety, softness, and self through somatic healing. I now guide others through the same process of healing trauma at the root, embodying their power to manifest lives beyond what they thought possible.

Having battled with chronic pain, illness, anxiety, and fatigue for over 20 years, boy do I understand the pain of having your quality of life snatched from you and how defeating it is to not be able to move how you want or do the things you enjoy. There were times when even the thought of moving my body felt impossible, scary, and overwhelming. I felt powerlessβso I just stop moving all together.
Just to learn that not moving enough, or pushing my body to exercise without the capacity for it, only makes things worse. More pain. More fatigue. More chronic issues. I donβt want this for you.
Our bodies do need movement to function and thrive. I also know how it feels when it hurts too much to do anything. So letβs bridge this gap together!

What is Somatic Movement?
Somatic movement is a gentle, body-based practice that focuses on the connection between the mind and body, using awareness of physical sensations to free up your creative power. Unlike traditional exercise or yoga, somatic movement is about fostering embodied presence and regulation by listening to your body, allowing it to unwind patterns of stress, fear, and emotional pain in a supportive and powerful way.
