Instead, we explore feminine, sensation-based movement that brings you back into your body with safety, softness, and soul.
In this course, Tiffany emphasizes the importance of understanding your body language and meeting yourself wherever you are with compassion and love. She’ll be sharing her personal experience of living totally disconnected from her body, in pain and emotionally overwhelmed for most of her life, and why she created her unique remedy to find a solution that doctors couldn’t provide and improve her own mental and physical health through gentle, intentional movement.

You simply can't heal a body you’re disconnected from, no matter how healthy your habits are. Culture teaches us to disconnect from our bodies and be “head strong”, so reconnecting is the first step to ditching the bandaid solutions and getting straight down to the root of what you need to heal and live free.
Having battled with chronic pain, illness, anxiety, and fatigue for over 20 years, boy do I understand the pain of having your quality of life snatched from you and how defeating it is to not be able to move how you want or do the things you enjoy. There were times when even the thought of moving my body felt impossible, scary, and overwhelming. I felt powerless—so I just stop moving all together.
Just to learn that not moving enough, or pushing my body to exercise without the capacity for it, only makes things worse. More pain. More fatigue. More chronic issues. I don’t want this for you.
Our bodies do need movement to function and thrive. I also know how it feels when it hurts too much to move. So let’s bridge this gap together!

What is Somatic Movement?
Somatic movement is a gentle, body-based practice that focuses on the connection between the mind and body, using awareness of physical sensations to free up your creative power. Unlike traditional exercise or yoga, somatic movement is about fostering an embodied sense of presence and regulation by listening to your body, allowing it to unwind patterns of stress, fear, and emotional pain in a supportive and powerful way.
